We understand that for any homeowner, building a house is a fun but also stressful process. But don’t worry! At Vaughan Building Group, we have more than 20 years building experience, so you can trust us to take care of everything from start to finish.

Our builders can provide comprehensive project management, organising house plans, council permits and other documentation. Once approved, we’ll get right to work by assembling a team of experienced builders, plumbers and gas fitters, along with sourcing all the supplies required.

We made the choice to build our home with VBG because it is a local small business that provided personalised service. Having a builder who is qualified to do a variety of jobs meant less outsourcing and a builder who knew the ins and outs of the house. Communication was directly with Dan so there was minimal issues in this regard. Like any building experience there will always be hiccups and building in 2020 with a pandemic provided a few more than expected. Dan dealt with these as best he could, professionally and promptly. Dan was the plumber/builder we engaged to build our new bathroom-new spa bath, vanity, shower, mirror and tiles. He coordinated all of the tradesmen required, electrician, tiler, brick layer and labourer and oversaw the whole process. The work was a high quality in general, a few minor issues with the tiling due to a faulty product but Dan ensured we were happy with the end result. The bathroom looks pretty amazing. The only real complaint we had is he is very much in demand and would have loved to have had the job done sooner otherwise I would give him 5 stars. The final product was worth the wait though. - Michael
